Central HACCP team and Heads of Departments - Appropriate training for generic HACCP systems and in implementing HACCP process - Duration: 4 Hours (Theoretical) and 20 hours (Practice).
Food Safety and Hygiene
For all employees, but principally food handling personnel, including warehouse and purchasing staff - "Basic Food Hygiene", suitable for the undertaking of food related functions: Duration: 3 hours (Theoretical) and 20 hours (Practice).
This course is designed for all food handlers and section heads requiring a compulsory acquired knowledge evaluation.
Participants in the Food Hygiene and HACCP Safety courses are required to sit a written test at the end of training and achievement certificates area issued providing the desired levels have been achieved. Our courses are based on the requirements of the CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) for basic food hygiene.
